Hi John, We are truly sorry for the loss of your wife, and we understand how meaningful this fundraiser was for you and your family. That said, we want to clarify the details of this order. The original shirts you received were produced exactly as ordered. The concern raised was regarding the shade of purple, and as a courtesy, we provided a full replacement order at no cost. When you selected a different product for the replacement, that style was not available in XS, so we printed the XS sizes on smalls and fulfilled the replacement order completely free of charge. At this point, the order has also been charged back, meaning you have received both orders while also receiving a full refund. We have made every effort to resolve this and have provided multiple solutions despite the fact that both orders were fulfilled. We understand your frustration, but after months of repeated outreach on social media and with two completed orders and a full refund provided, there is unfortunately nothing further we are able to do.
