The fact that its after 3 am and I get excellent customer service through chat is phenomenal within itself. I was confused by the process of same day delivery and jump start. Ronald was GREAT! He explained the process, fixed my order and provided confirmation emails on everything he did. His communication was thorough and greatly appreciated. By far he was the best Ninja I've spoken to thus far.

I’ve ordered DTF transfers from Ninja Transfers for multiple custom projects, and they have been fantastic every time. Absolutely terrible customer service. We submitted a transfer with a tan/beige background. The instructions were to use black backing only where the artwork had a transparent background. Instead, they removed the entire tan/beige background from the design and replaced it with black. When we reached out, even their AI assistant recognized and referenced the tan/beige background in the conversation. When we finally able to speak with a person, they offered no solution and simply insisted that we were wrong. I’ve worked in the custom apparel industry for a long time and have experience with many vendors. This was a smaller order. I can’t imagine allowing Ninja to print a larger order based on the experience. I would not recommend Ninja Transfers. There are a lot of solutions out there and many vendors that will offer a better experience.
