I was in the middle of working on my first order and I noticed a mark in my design. I went to the chat and ended up with John who was so amazing. He took care of my issue immediately. While going through my order I noticed one of my tshirts had a mark on it. Back to the chat I go. I got John again. I dont know if everyone name is John here but again the customer service was great. Truly appreciate the immediate response and solution to my order. Thanks John! Oh yeah.. I want to add.. I did ask in the chat was he an ai agent. He said he was 100% human. He was just what I needed. Lol

I typed my email incorrectly and the apartment number was not saved so my items were never delivered. I didn’t chat with Denmark and they weee an amazing help and helped to where I would be getting my transfers. I am over the roof happy thank you again Danmark
