I placed an order with Custom Ink on 7/6 and they were timely in getting me my proof, which I asked for a correction of the proof on the back of the item. I was assured that they would get right back to me with about it. 1 week later no proof, I call and assured the art department has been notified I should receive the proof soon. 1 week later no proof, called again, pressed and asked for them to connect with art dept, again and I was given another push to side, and told that they could not provide me with when I would get contacted. I waited another week...called and asked to talk to someone that had more control of situation, and she was just a girl sitting in a call center, so no. 8/7 I cancelled my order. I will never, ever order from this company again. I will also inform others not to either. Horrible customer service. I also want to point out competitors send proofs before charging the customer. I look at there way of handling orders as a way to lock people. It's bad business practices around the board.

There was a delay in my order which wasn’t communicated to me until the day it was supposed to be delivered. Ordered a custom toddler shirt on a Monday, was supposed to be delivered on Thursday and still no update, just stuck in production with my event being on Saturday. If you’re in need of an order for a certain date I don’t recommend using Custom Ink. I can’t speak on the product itself since I have not received it. I also had to contact and push for a full refund since it was not a guaranteed rush order.
