The shirt turned out as expected. However, this is the second time we’ve ordered and the second time that UPS has lost the package and delivered it several days late. We missed the event that it was supposed to be delivered by.

Customer Service was not able to help me decide what my best options were for polo shirt type, quality, and overall satisfaction and just read customer reviews to me. I selected based on reviews which I normally do not like to do and I feel is risky. Overall, the shirt quality seems good and the quality of stitching and custom product is FANTASTIC! I would have definitely given a 5 out of 5 if customer service was better.
