It was easy to order, upload graphics and checkout. Very efficient and very fast. I ordered mugs, and I wish the description and/or images was a little more accurate. But CustomInk did a great job printing!

Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever received. Needed something time sensitive for a conference, and the lack of updates / transparency on where my order is was beyond dismal. I called six times to ensure it would be delivered on time and got false commitments by their reps. They treat merch like assembly line production, and I have no interest in ordering from them again
