Very happy with my experience. I placed my order and then about 15 minutes later realized I had miscounted and needed to add one additional shirt. I started a chat and they were able to correct my count instantly. They also asked when I needed them by and the date was kinda pushing it… I received them less than a week later. Great quality and exactly like the image I submitted. Very happy customer.

I feel misled about the quality of the printing. I understand that smaller batches have different requirements but Custom Ink should have been more upfront with the use of DTF printing. The graphics look like stickers ironed on to the shirt. I am highly suspect of their durability. Even if they do hold up, they look cheap. Further, one design left an icon pixelated and blurry. I understand the upload quality is up to me, but I am left wondering if an actual human being covers quality control. If I had known, I would have gone elsewhere and skipped the high price that I thought ensured quality DTG printing. It is a shame that such a large, reputable company has become another cheap looking, stick-on tshirt maker.
