This was my 3rd order from Thread Logic. I'll continue to use them. The last order had an incorrect color embroidered. Even after I mentioned there was no need to do anything, I was not asking for any rectification in the email, I was merely pointing it out to help with every future order from anyone. But they insisted. It doesn't matter the issue or quantity effected, it matters what they did to rectify it, whether the customer asked for it or not. Not only have I had great products, their service and communication is absolute top tier.
The stitching looks great, and the shirts arrived quickly!

I saw a deal from another custom clothing company, they took a long time to reply with a digital imagine "proof" of the design and my logo was not centered and had been stretched and skewed out of normal proportions, after getting a corrected digital proof it took two weeks to get a photo of a physical proof and it looked horrible. The placement off and stitching was really puffy and had gaps in it. After two more failed physical proofs that also did not measure up, they offered me a refund because their digitizer couldn't make it work. I went back to Thread Logic, found my previous order, selected new items, and the service was fast, and flawless, our new items match our previous items exactly. I won't waste my time trying to save a few dollars in the future, and I will go with Thread Logic as the company I trust.
