This company will SPAM you with unwanted emails and mail. I used them once and thought the service was not bad. I would have considered using them again but not anymore. Since my first order, they have been spamming me constantly with unwanted emails and even marketing in the post, despite the fact that I declined marketing permissions when I signed up. And the email unsubscribe button does not work. What a joke. Predatory company.

Absolutely outstanding customer service! I couldn’t recommend MOO highly enough. The quality of their products is beautiful, but what really sets them apart is their incredible customer service. We ordered our wedding Save the Date cards, stickers and box tags from MOO, and everything looked absolutely stunning. A small number of the cards had minor print defects, which is completely understandable with a large print order, but the way MOO handled everything was exceptional. Within just two hours of sending my initial email, my replacement order had already been processed and shipped, even before I received a reply! That level of efficiency, professionalism and customer care is incredibly rare these days. I had originally asked if the replacement cards could be printed in Polish, but then changed my mind and asked if they could replace them with more English cards instead, as we had ended up inviting more guests from the UK. The team were more than happy to accommodate the change without any hesitation. A huge thank you to Akhona and the entire MOO team for making the whole process so easy and stress-free. It’s not about the occasional printing imperfection (it can happen with any large order) it’s about how a company looks after its customers, and MOO exceeded every expectation. I will definitely be ordering from MOO again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for premium-quality stationery backed by truly first-class customer service. Five stars aren’t enough! Best business cards ever!! I made a mistake myself with the printing option and MOO’s customer support helped me immediately, was incredibly kind and helpful, and sent me the corrected product again free of charge. Customer service 100/10! Business cards are amazing too, really really happy with everything!
The prints are beautiful, the colors are perfect. I purchased the postcards and are selling them as Art cards, with prints of my most popular prints. My initial printing had a few cards that were scuffed. They immediately fixed the problem and resent me the replacement prints. Customer service is polite.
