I ordered business cards and the quality was spot on. However, the font on the cards was to small to be legible. My immediate thought was to be cross because I thought someone might have contacted me to correct the issue before printing. Nope, did not happen. Upon receiving the business cards I corrected the font size and was about to reorder but something in me said, reach out to them first. I am so glad I did. I used the online chat feature was connected to Grethel May C. who was most curteous and helpful. A re-order was submitted on my behalf and within 5 minutes a replacement order had been placed. This is the type of customer service I look for in a company. I will definitely be a repeat buyer!

High quality products and the best customer service!
Vistaprimt made a banner for me. It was a misprint. Wrong shade of blue. I talked to an agent Jahnoy and they made sure to ship me a new one plus gave me a personal email address to let them know if there’s any more problems with the new one or any other products I ordered. The quality of the banner was top notch. They just misprinted the colors. Vistaprimts products and high quality and their customer service is 2nd to none. Even if there’s an error they make sure to make it right. I highly recommend this company if you’re thinking of getting things printed.
