VistaPrint gave me a credit with my last order because the business cards weren't exactly what I wanted. I ordered a banner with my credit and it's perfect!! Also, the credit paid for all of it. Usually when you get a store credit it won't pay for taxes, shipping, or anything but the gross price of what you buy. They paid it all. I'll definitely use VistaPrint again.

I placed three additional orders with Vistaprint, and every single one failed to be delivered. When I reached out, customer service was dismissive and rude.

When I got my Cards everything was printed right because I have made an orders before the problem I’m facing is that this order is the QR codes are not working

Impeccable customer service and product
We were so impressed when VistaPrint sent their free samples, a beautiful presentation, which allowed us to see and touch the products and make our decision. Brilliant marketing and also shows off the quality of their work. Our business cards are perfect, exactly as designed. We worried about the colors staying true and they did! We joined chat to get a discount code at checkout as the one we tried to use had just expired, and the rep was so generous, taking time to also review our submission and make a final suggestion which we implemented.
