I purchased the 22" 19mm cluster cuban in plated stainless steel. Its a beautiful chain and looks amazing on my husband. He gets ton's of compliments when he wares it, more than the other jewelry he has on. Its bold, heavy and makes a statement. He only wares it on the weekends due to his work. Unfortunately after 2 months of waring for 2 days a week some of the plating started to flake off. So I contacted customer service and Kristine 100% took care of my questions and concerns. Without hesitation she issued me a warranty replacement. Its the 3rd item I've ordered from the website in two months time. I ordered 2 clover .925 braclets for both of us. Definitely won't be the last things we order. So buy with confidence, 6 ice Definitely stands behind there products and stand behind their customers.

I purchased an order for a chain which at checkout I didn’t realize the chain size was 20” and not the 24” what I wanted. Love the sparkle.
I love my necklace I got today it sparkles. I love sparkles. Delivery was on time. I got 2 bracelets a few weeks ago first two I had to send back to replace. Size, it took a little longer, but I'm happy with my my decision to get a bigger size i love jewelry, so I will be getting a few more pieces from 6 Ice, thank you.

I appreciate the values of 6ICE. They seem to stand behind their word. I also think that each of their products are legit. Whether it’s regular CZ, or Moissanite, it’s all nice and well packaged, along with the little storage box and bags they come with. Only reason I leave 4 and not 5 stars is the duration shipping took, and when I emailed to ask about the problem, I didn’t get a reply. But yeah, other than that, I got what I asked for!
