I enjoyed working with 724 light. I Ordered from them a couple times. There was a a small issue with my second order, but Brandon respondedly quickly to address the issue. I will order from them again. Shipping was quick and product was packed securely. Arrived in great condition. Full reccomendation.
i added the adjustable led lights to my wife's art fair display shelves. The result was absolutely perfect! The product quality was outstanding, and delivery was on time.
I have been ordering from them for past 2 years never any problem
I ordered some lights and a power supply got the power supply but never received the lights
724light.com was very responsive when I didn't receive everything I ordered. They made sure that I was a satisfied customer and therefore, I would buy from them again.
My purchase did have one item that was incorrect, but following an email and a photo of the wrong part, it was corrected and sent out. If I did not have this problem I would have awarded five stars.
I was doubtful about placing an order for a few items from over seas again due to the fact that in my experience when needing an issue resolving the companies just don't bother they have your payment you are thousands of miles away, so what are you going to do about it. Well my faith in good customer service has been resolved after placing an order with 742light.com the items arrived quickly and in one piece however they were incorrect. Quick email to the company and one photo later my correct items being shipped no fuss. Great service thanks guys
