Hi Steve, It's important to remember that you are entering a raffle, and you have a chance of both winning and not winning - it is a game of chance. When entering raffles, keep an eye out for undersold competitions across the 7days website. With regard to winning any prize, the overall odds of winning can be determined by a few factors including the number of tickets sold and how many tickets you have purchased. Our live draws take place on Friday, Sunday and Wednesday evenings at 9pm, where the ball machines chose the numbers. You can watch these draws on YouTube or Facebook. The draws which are not live, are automated and winners are chosen at random by a computer. The draws you refer to, were live on Facebook and can still be found on our page. There was a technical issue with YouTube, unfortunately technology does not work as it should 100% of the time.

Thank you for the fantastic review!  Congratulations again on your win.  We're so pleased to hear you were happy with the cash alternative and that our team kept you well informed throughout the process.  It's great to know the payment reached your account so quickly.  We really appreciate your support and look forward to seeing you in more of our future raffles.  Best of luck!

Thank you so much for your amazing review and congratulations again on your win!  What a fantastic surprise to receive that call on your way home from work.  We're delighted to hear you had such a positive experience with us and that the cash alternative was in your account so quickly.  Thank you for trusting us and we really appreciate your kind words.  We hope to see you entering more of our draws. Best of luck!

Hi, Please note that by entering a raffle, you are participating in a game of chance, and as such, there is always the possibility of either winning or not winning. If you are looking to maximise your chances, it may be worthwhile keeping an eye on competitions across the 7days website that have sold fewer tickets, as a lower number of entries can improve the overall odds. The likelihood of winning any prize depends on a number of factors, including the total number of tickets sold and the number of entries you have purchased. To say that we are a "scam" based on you not winning, is just not factual. We have several winners every day. We post all draw results here: https://7daysperformance.co.uk/draw-results
