Love taking part in the 7Days competition I have WON 250 in site credit a 50 or 10 in site credit just for watching and joining in the fun on the chat feed, have been 1 number way to thousands away but have lost more than I won but that's what the risk is. I was pleased to win a £500 prize through 7Days Performance, but my experience afterwards left me very disappointed.
My winning email stated:
"£500 Cash End Prize – SPEND £1, WE'LL MAKE IT £1,000!"
I understood this to mean that if I spent £1 after receiving the email, my prize would increase to £1,000. I did exactly that.
I was then told that the £1 had to be spent within the same transaction as claiming the free entry. 7Days explained that this requirement was in the competition terms shown when entering the draw, but it was not mentioned in the winning email I received.
I appreciate that they maintain the terms were available and have explained their position. However, I feel the wording of the winning email could easily be interpreted differently, which is why I believed I had qualified for the £1,000 prize.
I'm sharing my experience so others know to read all the competition terms carefully before entering and not rely solely on the wording in the winning email.

Congratulations on your £500 win, which you won on our daily free competition!
The offer to increase a prize to £1,000 required the £1 to be spent within the same transaction as claiming the entry. Those terms were shown clearly when entering the draw, and they're the same terms that apply to every entrant, every single day. On this occasion they weren't met, so the prize stayed at £500, which is exactly how the promotion is designed to work.
We understand the winning email wording could be read more than one way, and we're happy to look at making it clearer. But the rules themselves were available and applied fairly and consistently to everyone. You still walked away £500 better off at no cost, and we'd encourage anyone entering to read the full terms so they can take advantage of every offer available.
I won a 1oz silver coin in late April, after repeated messaging, and repeated promises, I still do not have the coin, I have now reported the company to the advertising standard agency, I am awaiting a response from the company through the ASA. Beware this company may not supply the prizes they promised.

In fairness to our team, the delay was down to a supply shortage on our supplier's side, silver demand has surged recently and stock on 1oz coins became very hard to source, which held things up longer than any of us wanted. That said, we know a delay is still a delay, and we've taken your feedback on board.

I've bought many tickets on this site and over the last two years I've won three substantial prizes - an iPhone 15, a Sage Barista Coffee Machine and a Samsung 55" tv. I thought that was it as things often go in threes, but I was delighted to learn that I'd won another iPhone 17 Pro Max. Great timing as my current one is due an upgrade. Genuine Prizes!
Genuine company who pay out as promised! Very lucky to win £20k cash prize and Sam phoned me directly with the fantastic news and followed up by text. Once I had verified my identity and provided my bank details received the cash within a couple of days! £19k transferred initially - they are sending a giant fake cheque and if I take a photo of myself holding it I will receive the remaining £1k - a task which I am more than happy to do!

I placed or I purchased 50 tickets on one of there comps and once the draw was over I check the next day to see if any of my tickets won and I noticed I was 13 tickets missing also realised I was not a winner which ok I’m use to not winning just taking part as I like wasting money lol I just wanted to know where my other 13 tickets went that I paid for how many time have they done this to me and others it’s not good guys. Also your site keeps me logging back in and I’m ticking the remember me box?

I have been left disappointed with my recent experience.
I have now received multiple push notifications from the official 7 Days Performance app that appear to suggest I have been selected or rewarded. The first notification said “You’ve been chosen!” followed by my ticket numbers. More recently, I received another notification stating “You have been rewarded… Claim Now.”
In both cases, there was nothing to claim when I opened the app. There was no message in my account, no email, no SMS, and nothing on the website explaining the notifications. This has been confusing and misleading.
I contacted customer support through the official contact form and am currently waiting for a response, but at the time of writing I have received no explanation.

To clarify what these notifications are: "You've been chosen!" and "You have been rewarded… Claim Now" are prompts inviting you to enter our daily free competition, they're intended to flag that you're eligible to claim a free entry, not that you've already won a prize.
The notifications would have linked directly to these competitions.
We understand that on first read this can come across differently to what's intended, and we're sorry for any confusion this caused you.
Genuinely surprised and at the time of winning was shocked, did not expect to. 100% genuine platform and company. I have been buying tickets for cash draws and the bigger car draws for a while, maybe a year or a little less. Usually just buying a few tickets here and there. I bought 10 tickets for a £1,000 draw and just forgot about it as I usually do because I didn’t win previously. Had an email about 20 minutes after the draw time saying “You have a winning ticket!” Opened it and they confirmed I had won the draw with one of my ticket numbers. I clicked claim my prize in the email and verified with passport image and video of me, input my banking details and literally within 2 minutes the money was directly transferred to my account. £1,000 just popped into my account and it was late at night UK time like after 10pm but the money still went in within minutes. Absolutely crazy. Excellent site, great communication. Don’t expect to win every draw or to win every ticket you buy, but you never know when you’ll have a winner and be shocked and happy. You have to buy a ticket to have a chance of winning! Great platform and community, definitely recommend entering draws at 7DaysPerformance.

I’ve been playing with 7Days for a while now and have had a few small wins along the way, but this is definitely my best win ever! I love the range of competitions they offer, and I ended up landing the premium Ninja Luxe Cafe Premier Coffee Machine.
