Hi Martin, Our Tap & Win competitions work on a reveal mechanic. The outcome is determined at the point of ticket purchase, and the tap animation simply reveals that pre-determined result rather than generating it in real time. This is disclosed on the competition page on the site. What you're describing, seeing a win credited before playing the reveal, sounds like the animation didn't load properly, likely down to a connection drop or app refresh, rather than the outcome being decided differently to how it's meant to work. If you contact our customer support team, they'll be happy to look into this further for you!

Hi Laura, We have checked our email log and in the email you sent to us on 01/07/2026 at 12:30, you asked us to remove your account because you were unhappy with the prize you won. We actioned this request for you and unfortunately it is not reversible. We emailed you to confirm this and also confirmed that all the draws you had entered were closed and any tickets remained valid and entered into the draws. We also acknowledged that if you won, you would be notified. This was all sent in an email at 09:30 on Friday 3rd July 2026.

Hi Andy, We have checked our email log and can see that we responded to you twice on Wednesday 1st July to confirm that the subscription you had entered was cancelled and we offered you a refund. You are yet to respond to those emails. When you opt for discounted tickets, you are opting into the subscription, this is clearly marked at every stage of checkout - there are several stages, so this cannot be completed in error. You can cancel anytime.

Hi Mark, It's important to remember that you are entering a raffle, and you have a chance of both winning and not winning - it is a game of chance. When entering raffles, keep an eye out for undersold competitions across the 7days website. With regard to winning any prize, the overall odds of winning can be determined by a few factors including the number of tickets sold and how many tickets you have purchased.

Hello Kayleigh, Spending money on entries has never guaranteed a win, and it never will. That's true of every competition that has ever existed. Not winning isn't evidence of a scam, it's simply how odds work. The chances for every competition are displayed clearly before you enter, so nothing here is hidden. Our winners are genuine and published openly, every draw is conducted live or through our independently verifiable RNG, and every entry has exactly the same chance as the next. Assuming we're a con because your entries didn't come up isn't a fair conclusion, it's just frustration looking for somewhere to land. If you've a genuine issue, feel free to get in touch and we'll look into it. But "I didn't win, therefore it's rigged" doesn't hold up.
