Fabulous agents with compassion
I have been with the company for a very long time, due to the kindness of the personal. Today I needed to renew my policy, although I've been away for a while and had a lapse in my coverage. It was absolutely no problem at all to reinstate my policy, and Manuel even remembered me, and was very empathetic towards my situation. Manuel was extremely professional and kind, and I really appreciated that fact. "Life happens" to all of us, and A Ababa Auto Insurance understands that fact.
