For the first time in a little over fifty years I can now say that my experience with an insurance agent was great!
He did his job with courtesy, professionalism, and timeliness. I had a minimal weight time despite the fact that the office was extremely busy. The service provided at this location was excellent. I’d recommend using a local office to have that personal, touch one on one-on-one service.

They do not do what they say they will do
I was promised a new rate from a customer service rep, when my policy premium changed due to my age, they did not follow through on their promise to me. Be very careful about choosing this company. You have been warned. Edit, Review is pending a promise of the new rate, when i see the new rate, i will post a new review.

They said "NO MEDICAL EXAM - JUST ANSWER 3 HEALTH QUESTIONS TO DETERMINE APPROVAL".
It is a lie.
Read the hidden text at the bottom of the 2nd page. Far more exclusions.
It's really trashy marketing. And more reasons why you should use a broker.

Great related to internet. Great that it does not cut off at 85. I realize that I will pay over its’ value if I live into my 90’s, but having the security now is important.

I had to leave 1 start to tell you, don't get life insurance from here, they have dicked us around for 2 months, when state farm paid in a week, I will tell everyone I know, not to deal with them
