I ordered two shirts from Acloths and the tracking claims it was delivered and it never was. I tried to contact them and only got impersonal or automated emails. They never even told me who their US shipping partner was so I could track the package, that for all I know never even existed, but they charged me for the shirts. This company seems to be incompetent with lousy customer service at best, fraudulent scammers at worst. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered a T Shirt from them, got updated to tell me where in Ireland it was, until it was cleared by customs in Navada and nothing thereafter. I have not received it but was told by the company that it was delivered to my front door, which it wasn’t. The tracking they sent me was from China and not from Ireland any longer. This company is a big scam and one cannot contact them. They have a form letter as a reply. I will make sure that people know about the scam.

If I could leave zero stars I absolutely would!!! I ordered a t-shirt and baseball cap for an event on June 2, 2026. Today is July 22, 2026, and, after multiple emails I still don’t have my merchandise despite the fact that the tracking says it’s been delivered. The company responds by repeatedly sending me the tracking link and telling me to wait. The items did not make it in time for my event. They didn’t even arrive in the appropriate month to wear for my event! They are refusing my refund requests over and over and I am absolutely disgusted! DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I ordered several items at the beginning of June but it is now nearing the end of July. Absolutely no sign of anything and the tracking is useless. It seems that everyone is getting the same items but originating in different countries (mine is supposedly France.) I can't see a way to get a refund, either. Terrible company!!
