I want my money back!

Took forever for the order to arrive. The product I ordered is not the same as the picture you provided in the ad. I want my money back!

Terrible Service

I placed an order in May, paying for the expediated shipping. In mid-June all tracking updates stopped. First week of July, I contacted the company who gave me a different tracking number. That too had stopped in Mid June. It's now 20 days since any updates to either tracking number and 48 days since placing the order. I've contacted them several times and each time I'm told "it's on its way, just a bit delayed" type message.

Tariff and delay surprise

The shirt is great, correct size, etc. Three aspects of the experience not so much: (1) I was surprised to have what apparently was a tariff added to the cost (bringing it to $40 for a tee), because (2) I saw nothing in the ad or order form saying it was coming from Ireland, which (3) required 3 weeks to accomplish delivery.

I ordered my shirt the first of June

I ordered my shirt the first of June. I thought it was coming from Seattle, so I hoped I would get it soon enough to wear during Pride Month. That thinking was definitely wrong!! I have no idea where the hell this product came from but it lanquished in Italy for three and a half weeks. They it came to customs in the US. I finally got this shirt July 8. I regret ever purchasing the shirt but I couldn't stop my order. The shirt did have colorfast print. The cloth is some sort of waffle weave. It will probably work out okay but I will NEVER order from them again. I felt I was dealing with an unsafe company. It's too bad they don't ship from the US. I do like some of their other clothing. I wish they were more upfront with me from the start.

Loved the hat design

Loved the hat design. I do wish it was embroidered rather than printed but it is a really cool hat. I love the adjustable strap at the back. I’m going to enjoy wearing it!

I love the design

I love the design, and the color of the shirt and of the design decal is true to what I saw online. It took about 3 weeks to arrive, but the company kept me updated frequently. The fabric is soft and washed well with almost no wrinkling! Be aware that it runs a bit big though. I ordered a size small but even after washing and drying it fits like a medium. I'll give the shirt as a gift.

Do not order

The hat ordered looked stitched and distressed in the photo selling it. It was not. It was cheap and flat, very low quality. Also, the shipping took a month (shipped from Spain).

Long time waiting

I spent 1 month to receive my order. I bought these t-shirts on Jun/06 and just received on July/06, I was expecting that to wear on pride weekend. Was a little disappointed.

Transaction no problem

Transaction no problem. T shirt was quite expensive but feels of better quality than average. Colours on the print are fantastic. Can't really say I have any issue at all with this purchase

Meh, Products were fine for the price

The products are fine for the price, but don't match exactly what was in the product description/image in my opinion. The image of the hat looked embroidered, but the actual hat is a printed image of embroidered text.

Can’t give a zero feedback. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! You will get a cheap print nothing like their pictures. They also fake the place it comes from saying the US instead of China where they actually are. If you complain the offer you $2 refund!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! 😡😡😡😡😡

My order was for Pride Month in the US

My order was for Pride Month in the US. I was unaware it originated in Norway. My package arrived on the last day of June, the 30th. So, I was mildly disappointed. Great Hat & colorful shirt!!....which I shall wear proudly while 'out & about' in ruby red Idaho Next time I'll order earlier! ~~~george

REGULAR SHIPPING UPDATES WERE GREAT. BUT ...

REVIEW EDITED - REGULAR SHIPPING UPDATES WERE GREAT. However, the item I received was extremely cheaply made, extremely LARGE, and unwearable. When I attempted to return it, I went through numerous back and forth emails telling me I could only return it at my expense but it had to be returned to the "company" not to the person it was originally sent from. Shipping to China is MUCH more expensive that the original item. In lieu of that, they offered me a $4.00 refund. After many more emails, they "upped" the offer to $7.00 and yes, they wore me down. I accepted their $7.00 offer. This was on a $40 charge, btw. I will NEVER deal with this company again and would advise anyone else to remember the old adage - "BUYER BEWARE".
