Sizing is Way Off--Way Too Small
The design itself is just okay. The sizing of the t-shirt, however, is way too small. I ordered a 4X. My spouse is an XL, and he was able to get the t-shirt over his head, but he could not pull it down onto his chest. It was just too tight. Whoever decided this shirt is a 4X is crazy!

It ended up costing a lot more than what it said on the ad. It’s a cheap hat. There are spots that are supposed to be distressed , but the “holes” are printed on the fabric… it’s supposed to look like stitching for the words.. nope… it’s printed on. Not impressed.

Ireland to California-3 weeks shipping
My pride hat was ordered from California. It was sent from Ireland, which I wasn’t aware of. It arrived 3 weeks later. It was flattened in a plastic bag for shipping. It had no cardboard to shape the front of the hat. I had to shape and sharpen the look myself with water and a large plastic container. The embroidery design turned out to be stamped ink! I’m happy, just knowing I received it (as it was ordered on Instagram). I will never order anything on Instagram again.
The delivery time was a joke!
The delivery time was ridiculously stretched out! It took over 30 days from ordering to receiving. If this info had been in the sales information it would not have been such a big deal, but checking the status and seeing that it's in Switzerland for 2 weeks and then sitting in customs for 5 days was a little bit frustrating. I received it on the last Sunday of June! I obviously purchased it for pride month... it'll have to go in the closet now until Pride month next year!

Purchased two pride hat that pictures on website appear to be embroidered. They are printed and very poor quality. In addition, they where shipped in a plastic bag instead of a box so they are both crushed.

I paid for expedited delivery yet the delivery time was quite long. I did wonder if it was a scam...the hat I did receive didn't match the photo of the hat I wanted. However it is fine and seems well made. It's very much designed for a male head rather than female...larger and not rise is taller.

Paid extra for expedited delivery! Dozens of emails later (after trying many times to cancel) they just refuse to stand behind their company. One month and no sign of the order. For a while it showed in China, then awaiting customs in Ireland for weeks now they claim it’s enroute. We suspect they don’t even make the product until it gets ordered. Very respectful interactions by both us and them but zero interest in a fair resolution. No idea what the product might have looked like as we have left home for the summer.

Love your product ordered size 4 Glad I did as ran a bit small. The tye die with hearts unfortunately will regift as ordered 4xl and was like a xl. Measured against other 2 ts and 2 inches smaller than Both from under arm side to side. Nice product

The photo of the hat/cap should reflect the “printed” item. Same for the shirt. I didn’t read the description properly, therefore I was expecting the product in the picture. Especially the hat! Had I known it was a printed product I wouldn’t have ordered, however the item is of good quality and value. The tracking was a little spotty. 21JUN the email said it was in Italian Customs and the next day the email said that it was delivered to my mailbox (with a return address in New Jersey).
