What reviewers say
AI generatedMost reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Many people find the products visually appealing, praising the beautiful colors and comfortable fabrics that match the online pictures. Purchasers frequently mention that order tracking is clear and reliable, ensuring smooth delivery updates until packages safely arrive at their destination. However, some customers also noted issues with prolonged shipping times and unexpected delays at customs checkpoints. A few people were dissatisfied with irregular sizing that felt inconsistent and synthetic materials that lacked standard comfort. Buyers also mentioned that certain items appeared printed rather than embroidered as expected from the promotional photos.

Awful awful awful awful awful
Awful awful awful awful awful. That is my review. Stay far far far away for your own sanity. The one star I "awarded" was forced b/c there has to be a rating. They take your $$$ yet provide nothing in return. Save yourself the headache and go ANYWHERE else. Screenshot taken. FAR FAR away.
Excellent quality product
Excellent quality product, just a shame that delivery took so long (perhaps export from US isn't as simple as I'd hoped!).

The shirts look and feel wonderful and I will love wearing them for their rainbow colors and its political statement. I had only one disappointment. I didn't see any advice about washing and drying them. I've sent you an email asking for that information. Thank you.
Took a long time to receive my order and was not what I expected
Took a long time to receive my order, and it was a printed image, not embroidered. The images on the site are clearly altered and meant to deceive customers into thinking they will be purchasing embroidered work, and do not indicate that the designs are printed. Will not be ordering from this store again.
It’s great shirt!
It’s great shirt, sizing is correct and was kept up to date re delivery! Thanks

It took a very long time to receive my order. Because of this, couldn't wear it to the event I ordered it for. The small is too tight, but I can't quite bring myself to return it and wait again for a replacement. Cute shirt, but I'd be happier and get more wear out if it with a medium. Please advise whether I should go ahead with an exchange...or whether it will again take a loooong time for delivery?

The agent was knowledgeable and very respectful. My Dog passed and you guys graciously sent me a condolence card and gift. Unfortunately the name on the card and gift was in my grandpuppy's name who is very much alive. The agent corrected my account to show that Mocha passed and made sure Blu's account remained active. Thank you so much for your service and caring gift.
Stellar tracking and communication
This company provided regular tracking updates that were far and above any I have ever seen. Even from companies shipping me equipment worth tens of thousands of dollars. Stellar. Highly recommend.

First time ordering from ACloths and…
First time ordering from ACloths and they sent regular tracking updates and delivered in a timely manner, even down to a final update stating the items would arrive within the next hour and giving the driver's name. And in fact when I got back 10 minutes later the package was on my porch exactly as I had requested. The items I ordered are exactly as shown online and I am thrilled with them. Will definitely feel confident ordering from ACloths again.
