What reviewers say
AI generated
Most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Many people find the products visually appealing, praising the beautiful colors and comfortable fabrics that match the online pictures. Purchasers frequently mention that order tracking is clear and reliable, ensuring smooth delivery updates until packages safely arrive at their destination.
However, some customers also noted issues with prolonged shipping times and unexpected delays at customs checkpoints. A few people were dissatisfied with irregular sizing that felt inconsistent and synthetic materials that lacked standard comfort. Buyers also mentioned that certain items appeared printed rather than embroidered as expected from the promotional photos.

I tried 5 times to order a few items, with 3 different perfectly good credit cards. Each time I got some message, saying the payment failed or the payment method was "invalid" whatever that means. I tried contacting their support, and they basically said "Nope, that wasn't us you tyried to order from. Musts been someone else". Which is ludicrous because I got their email from the same page I tried to order from. I sent them a screenshot of my order attempt and they stopped responding.
I think they're highly sus.
The colors are very bright, although I haven't washed the t-shirt yet. There are no washing instructions so hopefully it will not shrink. It ran smaller than I expected. Shipping took much longer than I expected. I expected the material to be more like a cotton blend but it is shiny and almost feels like plastic.
Perfect delivery, with frequent updates on where the parcel was.
The shirts are made of unknown synthetic material with no care instructions. The men's polo shirt looks great. The woman's 2X is more like a Canadian 1X, but I can wear it. The hat is good. All in all, I'm satisfied with the products and we will wear them for Pride.
The print quality and time delay in communication once ordered was lengthly. The black hat with heartbeat is extremely faded and does not look like it was good quality at all. The transfer was not done well and is not at all vibrant as pictured.
Dislike: click trap website that forces order of repeat item.
Like: customer services cancelled the second (repeat) order without friction.
Would not use the site again. A simple click to shop experience turned into an extended duration task of cancelling a repeat order.
I loved the look of the t-shirt I bought and was happy to receive it quickly. It was shipped safely and looked like the photo I saw on line. The shirt is a nylon-type blend ( prefer cotton) but it fit well. Very happy with it.
STOP! This is a scam! Ordered on Jun 3. I get the slow boats from China, but then delivered to a vague address two US states away from the confirmed delivery address. Get this: acloths.com says, a tracking number was applied in error to that order, so it was delivered to a “parcel storage” place somewhere in Washington State. Why is that my issue? Okay…I admit I got scammed. Moving on. But don’t go there with this phony retailer.
Complete scam. Ordered T-Shirt from what appeared to be a U.S. company. After ordering, an extra $9 charge was added for international shipping. I didn’t agree to that. Then I get shipping notifications from Norway. Crazy! Still have not received anything. Stay away from this scam!
Post sales edit: received the T-Shirt I ordered but still was charged an extra $9 for shipping that was not part of the original receipt/order. Stay away!
Do not use this company
Do not use this company, you will pay for one thing (a fake cut and pasted picture it turns out) and receive another (I ordered a vibrant rainbow shirt with a collar size M and received a grey tee shirt size 3x!) . Still dealing with customer service but appears to be a scam.

Picture in the advert was completely different to the item that arrived. It was a cheap printed top instead of an embroidered one. Don't waste your money
I ordered 2 items from them.
Not cheap, despite supposed discount.
When they arrived they did NOT match the pictures that were advertised.
I complained, i was ignored.
I sent a 2nd email, i was asked for photos. Which I sent.
I was ignored again, so I reminded them again.
I was then asked to send a photo of the product QR code and outer packaging label.
I suspect this is a delaying tactic.
I then received an email asking for me to keep the goods and take $5 as compensation. I refused. The goods are NOT what I ordered and I want my money back.
I then got an email and they tried to up the compensation to $7 - again I refused. They are ignoring my refund request.
Despite 2 further emails, I have yet to receive a response.
I have photographs of the products. The Pride shorts show a faded back, tight legged short. The shorts that were sent look like a baggy shoolgirls skirt. Cheap material and Jet black.
Now they are sending random replies to my refund request. The latest is blaming President Trump's tariffs.
