Some of the questions didn’t make sense. For example: when missing the question it said the answer could not be wear and tear but then it said that was the correct answer

I enjoyed the class. The instructor was informative, engaging, and well-versed in his understanding of the subject. He was able to explain the topic in details. He was also able to add comments about his experience in the industry to reiterate the topic point. The concern I had was with the audio I could hear, but it seemed like the sound would fade a bit. This happened on the last class that I took as well.

The course was thorough, yet it was quick enough for veterans of the industry to complete. Younger, more inexperienced agents should take it slower and go over the material to pick up odds and ends that will only help.
