Regarding your comments on our refund policy, we’d like to take a moment to clarify the guidelines, which are clearly communicated at the time of enrollment: 📘 Refund Policy Highlights Online Products: Refunds must be requested within 72 hours of purchase, and students must have accessed no more than one chapter to remain eligible. Online products are deactivated once a refund is initiated. Classes & Webinars: Refunds must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date. Missed sessions are billed, but students receive a six-month window to reschedule. Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to process. Based on our records, your course access and the timing of your request didn’t meet these eligibility requirements. We understand this may be disappointing, and our goal is always to apply these policies fairly to everyone. We also want to highlight that our curriculum team is available to support students who have questions or concerns about the material. In many cases, we can offer access to tutors or additional resources to help you succeed. We encourage students to reach out early so we can provide personalized support and make sure they get the most out of the course.
