I spent over $200 on a Advanced Amino Acid formula regimen and faithfully took the suggested dosage of 5 pills/day for close to 6 months. The results were more than disappointing, in fact it was an exercise in futility, and an expensive one at that, as I experienced ZERO results. No increased energy, no increased muscle strength no weight loss. It was all hype. They only offer a 90 day return policy which left me holding the bill. PS The company followed thru with their offer to refund my purchase price, I received the check, thank you. They are to be commended for this action.

This product does what it claims. I am able to maintain a level of bone density that is above normal for my age and I attribute that to having taken Ultimate Bone Support. I often recommend it to my friends.

Advanced Vision formula has improved my eyesight immensely. Years ago I was having astigmatism and huge nearsightedness, and this product made my eyes healthy again. I have been diagnosed with Osteopenia about 10 years ago. Ultimate Bone Support was recommended to me to help build up my bone density. It has done just that. I take it every day. While I still have Osteopenia, my bone density has increased, getting closer to normal.

Hi Wayne, Thank you for your feedback! You can absolutely take the Amino Formula even if you are not using it as an exercise aid. The recommended dosage remains the same: 5 tablets per day. For best absorption, taking the tablets on an empty stomach is recommended but you can take them with food if that is more comfortable for you. You are also welcome to split them up throughout the day in whatever way works best for you if taking all 5 at once isn't ideal. For example, 2 tablets with breakfast, 2 with lunch, and 1 with dinner. Since you are not working out, there is no need to take them specifically before exercise just follow the daily 5 tablet guideline above. Started using CIRC02 recently. Immediately noticed a difference within 20 minutes especially in my eyes. Was driving to work and noticed I could read the street signs. Usually they are blurred.
