I have had terrible experience with this company. I have been waiting 2 1/2 months for refunds on the products that I canceled. They say on their website that they will respond to you in 24 hours that is a lie they do not respond in 24 hours I have sent emails. I have left phone messages. All I get is someone will get back to you. Someone will get back to you. They do not respond. I had to dispute the charges because they have received the products over 1.5 months now and have still not refunded the money I’ve also turned them over to the Better Business Bureau.
I have all the pictures showing the items return and the receipts and still have not received the credits for the totaling about $170..
My hair was already fine and thin, but in the last year I noticed it was becoming worse. I've been post menopausal for a few years now and my hair had started getting thinner. I purchased the hair shampoo and conditioner in Feb and I had notice a bit of new hair growth. Then I purchased the hair helper back in May and since then I've noticed a lot of new hair growth. My hair stylist has even noticed new hair growth. I'm very happy with the results I've had. Thanks TRYBELLO!

I read everything about the trybello hair spray and have a problem with the price #1 because there are so many simple ingredients and #2 Dr. Yoland Holmes is no longer is at her practice according to the internet. It shows her practice is closed. This always gives me a red flag. Still trying to decide whether to waste my money on the spray. The reviews from some people is positive but, there are a lot of negative reviews. I am trying to balance the scale on whether I will be wasting my time at the age of 74.
I have been using Trybello Hair Helper spray for about 2 months now. It’s so easy and does not leave any greasy residue. One spray in the morning, one spray at night.
I love the fact it does not have any chemicals and does not cost a fortune! I highly recommend this product and I will continue to use it for more results!

An unbelievably terrible and degrading customer experience

Extremely disappointing experience with Trybello. The Hair Helper Spray products had absolutely no noticeable effect for me.
What is even worse is their advertised money-back guarantee. When I tried to claim a refund in accordance with their own terms and within the stated period, I received nothing but a series of empty, generic responses. After repeatedly avoiding my specific questions, they eventually started acting as if they were not receiving my emails at all.
I have provided the full timeline, explained everything clearly, and responded to every single one of their messages. Yet instead of addressing the actual issue, they simply repeat the same meaningless statement that my refund does not qualify.
An incredibly frustrating experience. If the strategy is to take customers' money, provide a product that doesn't work, and then make the refund process so difficult that the customer eventually gives up, it is certainly an ingenious one.
I would strongly advise potential customers to think twice before purchasing from Trybello.
I am having a hard time seeing any results and am quite frustrated. I have reached out to Trybello and while my experience with the products is not great (I do love the shampoo and conditioner ) the customer service has been great!
Please do not use this product! My hair is dryer and I have bald spots now on the back of my head that I didn't have before after using the shampoo, conditioner, and spray consistently for over three months. I wish this was different because our hair is such an important part of us.
The customer service was terrible and all back and forth over email. They kept delaying their responses and then said they could not honor the 120 money back guarantee.

Would give zero stars if I could. After a full year of using the Hair Helper. Then, adding their shampoo and conditioner, there have been zero results.
I like how it makes my hair feel. The shampoo and conditioner both have a really nice texture. The shampoo lathers well.

I was told I would get a call to go over how to use the product. Since I had not received it yet, we set another date for a call. I have not received a call yet. I receive multiple emails a day, but no phone call.
They are always quick to respond to a query also very helpful.
