An unbelievably terrible and degrading customer experience

After repeatedly avoiding my specific questions, they eventually started acting as if they were not receiving my emails at all. I have provided the full timeline, explained everything clearly, and responded to every single one of their messages. Yet instead of addressing the actual issue, they simply repeat the same meaningless statement that my refund does not qualify. An incredibly frustrating experience. If the strategy is to take customers' money, provide a product that doesn't work, and then make the refund process so difficult that the customer eventually gives up, it is certainly an ingenious one. I would strongly advise potential customers to think twice before purchasing from Trybello.
