Cold Towel journey
I was well informed about the progress of my order. Being able to track its journey was helpful. When my order arrived it was in excellent condition. The product itself was amazing and the price was great.
These 'magic' towels are great
These 'magic' towels are great. I don't know how they work, but they do. The only negative was the time they took to arrive. They took about 4 weeks. Luckily we can use them as we're in the middle of a heatwave. But even if you just want to freshen up, they're great 🤗

Not worth the money or the wait!
Cooling towels took ages to arrive. Taxes added to payment as they are supposidly shipped from USA. Label on envelope was from China, covered by another one with return address in Hounslow???. To top it all towels are smaller and no more effective than others purchased for £2.50, including more useful storage capsules!!!

I thought the rain catcher was poor value for money and the advertising very misleading. Your edited in birds were out of scale and the pictures made it look so much larger. Ordering was easy and it arrived when expected.
