Ordered the cooling towels bogof. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they are incredibly effective. Follow the instructions and they really do help keep you cool. I also rinsed one, wrung it out and put it in the supplied case and found it still worked after 4 hours in the boot of my car in 29 degree heat. It did take 2 weeks to arrive though.

The company was good delivery no problem’s the product stays cold for about an hour but you can just wet it and go again wet it ,ring it out then slap it in the air to activate it works as should but not for two hours maybe hour at most

Missing the guide needle!
Took ages for delivery. But was happy to wait. The guide needle was missing from the pack, so the nose rings are now unusable. Trying to get some sense from the customer service department, but so far they have only offered £4 refund. After paying £17.37 I dont think this is acceptable. I just want the guide needle sending. Got no further response from this company, will never purchase from here again, the worst possible customer service, if i could give 0 stars i would !!!
