Aftershoot cut down my editing time not in half, but almost 85 percent. I have more time for myself, my clients are getting their images a lot faster and they are also leaving me a great review for speed and accuracy. I will continue to train my ai profile, but so far has done a pretty good job! Also, customer service is amazing!

I have been a photographer for 16 years, and the amount of time I have saved after using Aftershoot has been a lifesaver! Aftershoot has changed how I run my photography workflow. Tonight their support team helped me move my account from my personal Gmail to my business Gmail, and they were a pleasure to work with the whole way through. I was nervous I would lose the chat connection during the switch, but after I restarted the app my previous messages were still there and I could pick the conversation right back up. The bigger story is the work itself. Tonight I used Aftershoot to cull, edit, retouch, and build a client gallery from scratch. That kind of job used to eat up several hours of my evening. This time I had everything done in about an hour, including a gallery I had never set up before. It genuinely elevates the professional side of my business. My client already loves it. I also love that I can attach a store to the gallery so clients can order prints and artwork directly. That is a huge value add for me and for them. Highly recommend for any photographer who wants to spend less time at the computer and more time shooting.

The customer service via the chat is world class. I had a very bespoke issue (of my own doing) and was assisted by a human being who asked good questions, understood my needs and then created a very helpful short video to show me how to fix the issue I had created. Aftershoot is absolutely phenomenal. I'm not sure whether I should focus on the product or the customer service in this review...since you're reading TrustPilot you're probably already aware of the product and can read about how amazing it is. Yes, it is as incredible as they bill it to be. Your culling time is reduced to almost nothing (in consideration of a "set it and forget it" operation). I come home from a wedding, download my cards, and when I wake up the next morning my images are culled and roughly edited for me. I can deliver the next day. Innovation - this product is on the fast track to improvement. They are constantly adding big features and have successfully knocked Lightroom out of my workflow. I am so grateful to be a part of this ecosystem. But what I'll really focus on is the customer service. The team is always quick to respond - 24/7. I mentioned coming home from a wedding: yeah, Saturday night at 11pm and I can talk with a human if something isn't right. I've had Zoom meetings with the owner/creator to help him understand my issues or ideas for growth. I use a lot of AppSumo products, so I'm familiar with being a Guinea Pig for software. This one has been incredible and shows no signs of slowing down.

Overall, it has been a very valuable tool for my business. Color correction is by far my favorite feature. It has helped me save a significant amount of time while maintaining a consistent look across my galleries. I have also used the culling feature, although I still find myself reviewing the selections one by one to make sure everything is correct. I hope this feature continues to improve over time and becomes even more efficient. I have used the retouching feature a few times. The results can be good, but when the adjustments are applied too strongly, the images can start to look less natural. I would appreciate having more control over the intensity of the retouching effects. Now that AfterShoot has introduced galleries for client photo delivery and presentation, I have high expectations and hope the service will be as reliable and effective as the other tools they offer. My main suggestion for the future would be more flexible pricing options. It would be great if photographers could pay only for the features they actually use, rather than being required to subscribe to the entire package, as the cost can become quite high. It's ok for culling but the editing is really lazily done and way too pedantic. If I already save DNG files why do I need to go through the trouble of going into LRC (which I don't even use to edit anyway mind you), uploading JPGs and then converting them to DNG files when I already have DNG files which for some reason, aftershoot won't recognise? Isn't it just simpler to ask the user to upload the DNG files and have aftershoot learn from that, or just let us import our DNGs into LRC because it's still effectively doing the same thing. Teaching the AI is a major hassle so I wouldn't recommend upgrading your package to try it out.

I've been using Aftershoot for a couple of years now, and it's one of those platforms I pay for without hesitation — it genuinely earns its place in my workflow from start to finish. After the recent update the editing (especially white balance) is AMAZING! And the customer service team is really helpful with every support request I had! And of course the developers / whole team are doing an amazing job! Editing is super quick and consistent, for a recent wedding I rarely had to tweak the settings. And the built-in retouching is such a lifesaver, it's perfect to give the photos a subtle finish.
