My whole family owns Aipas bikes we are extremely happy with the service the shipping and the performance of the bikes themselves. We will be continuing recommending the bikes to whoever we know and people we meet while we’re riding our bikes.
I purchased the combo M1/M2 Pro. From day one the M2 did not track straight. It pulled hard to the left. I've been in contact with customer service/support at least a dozen times. First photos, then videos, then more videos, then want me to switch forks between the two bikes. It's been really frustrating. This is a know issue with their bikes. The M1 is a great bike no issues. We just want the other bike fixed. Lesson...I would not recommend purchasing this bike online.
I’ve had an amazing experience with my AIPAS e-bike. From the quality of the bike to the overall riding experience, it’s been worth every penny. First, I purchased a second bike after being so satisfied with my first one. The quality at the price point can’t be beat. The bikes come fully outfitted with what you need to get on the trail right out of the box. Second, the performance has been exceptional with zero issues. Third I had a minor issue of a broken part right out of the box and customer service was quick to ship me a replacement within a week. No complaints so far from me. These are good bikes.

I use mine for everything from daily rides to feeding my horses, and it’s handled everything really well. What really stands out is their customer service. Every time I’ve had a question or needed help, they’ve been friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of. I’ve been riding the Aipas F3 Adventurer Ebike for a little while now, and honestly, it surprised me in the best way. I didn’t expect to enjoy it as much as I do, but it’s become one of those things I look forward to using. The first thing that stood out to me was the power and smoothness of the motor. The battery life has been solid. I’ve taken it on longer rides around the city and still had plenty of charge left. It’s reassuring not to constantly watch the battery indicator or worry about getting stranded halfway home.
I received my F3 Adventurer in April of this year. The shipping was fast and packaging was very secure and padded. Once I had the bike assembled I have taken it out many times for trips to the grocery store and other appointments in Holland, MI. I have been able to make multiple trips on a single charge riding mostly on the sidewalks. The only thing that concerned me was the possibility of getting a flat tire. I solved this by adding Flat-out and now have worry free trips. Excellent quality and strong comfortable rides at approximately 18mph pedaling in PAS 3 getting around 30 to 40 miles with 2 bars still remaining on battery charge. Anytime I needed a question or concern answered, they are quick to respond via email to customer service.
Easy purchase, good price, arrived in a few days and was easy to assemble! I am a big guy and it fits me well and keeps me going . Haven’t tested the battery limits or how far I can go but have gone a couple miles with no problems.
Although I had major problems with my new bike and issues with connecting to customer support, as well as no service in the USA, I was able to fix/repair my M2 bike, as the Support Team sent me parts! I will say, me having 50+years experience in mechanical and electrical engineering I could fix just about anything! But, as a novice, no experience or knowledge of engineering or electrical systems, you will be screwed! This Company needs Dealers and Service Centers in the USA! I had no problem, troubleshooting and fixing the bike, but if you don’t have the ability, you don’t have any options! I now have 2 bikes, my M2 was a nightmare, the M1 has not any problems! It took 6 weeks to get the parts to fix the M2, back and forth with slow response from Service. What a pain! Bottom line: both bikes are running great! Just purchased a trailer hitch mount bike rack, looking forward to riding with my wife! Already have 15 miles and enjoying the ride! Would I buy another? Yes, I think the issue I had was a fluke! The Customer Service Team was very polite and helpful, working with me to troubleshoot issues and fix the bike! Only recommendation is that they should have a location within the USA that can support the bikes! Or someone who can assist with service and support even if by phone!
Very positive. I bought the bike for my wife and she’s really enjoying it. She is 73 years old and I’m glad it helps get her out of the house.
So far I have rode my F3 Max for 20 miles and I feel that it is a great bike. Max speed is as advertised. Customer service was quick to fix my issue with my original order.
Ordered a pair of A4s for my wife and I. We honestly couldn't be more happy with the quality. We shopped around and and found these to be the best bang for our buck. Have had zero issues after 6 or 7 outings and numerous miles. Smooth running with plenty of power to climb hills and batteries that have plenty of range. Customer service has been stellar although seldom used. Highly recommended!
Aipas didn't like my 1st 1 star review, the ebike i purchased was not worth the money, the middle shock is not worth a crap, then aipas text me wanting a higher rating, if i gave them one they send me a free helmet, so i did an they lied haven't received a helmet, so i am changing my review back to a 1 star, believe me the f3 adventurer is not worth the $ wish i had never purchased, would not recommend to my friends.
We got the combi F3 and A 2. Delivered quickly and easy set up. Loving the paint color, speed of bike and how it rides. Looking forward to lots of adventure. Recommend.

We only had the bike 6 months and it kept saying HOT and not working. I have reached out 20 times or more to customer service in reference to warranty. They said take it someone and they will cover $50.00. WHAT, I just paid $1,000 for a bike that is not working after 7 month now and you wont fix it. Disgusting customer service, DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND
Aipas bikes are very well made. Powerful and last a really long time on rides! I bought mine 2 weeks ago and have already put 75 miles on it! I love it!!
