The bikes are great and received them in a timely matter. The only problem I had were with the instructions. I ended up viewing a YouTube video to assist me. But I love it!

Aipas M1 Pro ebike combo

My husband and I have NCM ebikes which we purchased ~4 yrs ago and have thoroughly enjoyed, are still in excellent condition and rarely have had to charge the batteries. I've wanted a fat tire bike for over a year now. I had been eyeing the Aipas combo and finally purchased them. YAY‼️ I'm 5'5", 122lbs and was a little afraid of the size and weight of the bike, but it's PERFECT!!! The battery is heavier than our other ebikes, but it's still very manageable!!! Especially with the step- through feature. Green is my all time favorite color so naturally I have the green and my husband has the black. The green is even more beautiful than in the pictures and the black is not your average black. It's also very beautiful! The paint color on each bike is rich and deep! We love our new Aipas M1 pro ebikes!! Looking back I noticed the combo listed an M1 pro and an M2 pro. Both of ours are M1 pro which is what I wanted for us so it's no problem at all. I may have even misread the combo offer. Anyway, we're going back to the beach next month and are very excited to give them a work out!! Ok, so there is an awesome video that goes over every single detail from opening the box to the careful details of putting the bike together. You need some room for this and I highly recommend following the video step by step except for the time to attach the monitor. We followed it on the 1st bike then the next day when the 2nd bike came my husband waited until the front tire, fender, and rack were installed and the bike was able to stand on the kickstand before mounting the monitor. Either way works though. Another note is we thought something was wrong with the wiring or the battery itself cause neither bike had power. GREAT NEWS!! As it probably indicates in the manual, lol, you MUST have the monitor set to peddle assist (I started at 1) for it to work!! The bike does start off slower than our NCM but it makes up for it once you get going!! I have no need to go faster than 28mph and that's what mine got up to. It was not at full throttle so I'm not 100% sure how fast the bike will actually go. We are so excited and pleased with the ordering process, delivery and the video for putting the bike together. All of the tools, nuts and bolts were there as well. I've had only one minor issue. I was only able to register one bike for the warranty and plan on calling for the other ebike warranty. I highly recommend the Aipas M1 Pro ebike!!!!

Just received an M2

Just received an M2. Fast delivery overall good shipment packaging. Bad- front wheel hub appears damaged, grinding bearings(no grease. There appears to be a brake disk protect that is damaged and looks like someone took a hammer to it. The wheel bearings sound rough like the wheel might seize if ridden. Waiting for response from aipas. Looks like a law suite waiting to happen.

Passing on some advice

Passing on some advice. If you live where it snows and want to purchase these bikes for a Christmas gift. Don't. This company has a 14 day return policy. It doesn't matter if it takes you until March to assemble their supposedly preassembled bike and find out it's not for you, you're stuck. I feel the return policy should be based off the odometer (ours are a zero) reading and not the date. When I tried to discuss this with them, they just hung up the phone. Emails were also met with a dismissive wave of the hand. My advice, especially if you're a first time purchaser of an Ebike is to find a good brick and mortar store and talk to someone who knows something about Ebikes that can get you set up properly. Just stay away from this company and Amazon. We went with a locally owned family run business the second time and are extremely pleased with that company's service. All that's left now is to try and resell these two Aipas rolling Jumanji boards and be done with it.

Really fast delivery

Really fast delivery, packed wonderfully, the assembly instructions were really poor. I had to hunt thru several you tube videos and aipas instructions to piece together the right instructions. Also i cant find a original invoice the one sent says it includes a front basket. There wasn’t one included in the box. I know i paid extra for accessories but cant find my original invoice. Otherwise bike is great. Exactly what i wanted

Went on my maiden voyage yesterday…17 miles and it was AMAZING!!! I live in the country with many hills and the Aipas did an incredible job!!!! I haven’t been on a bicycle in many years, I am 61, i have 2 hip replacements and I could have done more miles. The pedal assist is easy to use, shifting is smooth. My friend is jealous of my horn, lol, her Electic bike does not have one. The one thing I would add is an indicator to show if the blinker/headlight is on. I would recommend this bike highly!!!

New to the eBike Experience - AiPas M2 Max with Hydraulic Brakes

Just received my new AiPas M2 Max eBike! This bike is an animal! I really love it. The bike arrived in just a few days without any issues or damage. The packaging is very good, and it was not difficult to assemble. Just take your time and you'll be fine. However, the box is heavy, and you might need a friend to help you move it. I'm a new retiree and plan to use the bike for casual rides and a bit of exercise. Getting onto this monster is interesting as it's hard for me to swing my leg over the seat and rear basket. A pass-through frame might have been a better choice for me. My son has no issues since he's 20 and a lot more flexible. I got the XL seat and rear-basket. These ship from China and will take an additional 5-7 days. The seat delivered with the bike isn't bad, but the XL is the way to go. Battery charge and range is fine so long as you're peddling. But it's really to soon to say since I haven't been riding very long. Peddle assist works great and the shifting is smooth. I can take on pretty much any hill in my area. And there are a lot of steep ones! I'm very happy with this purchase and would recommend the M2 Max! #aipasbike #aipas

It was fantastic. Arrived fast on time, shipped inside a well designed box to send a bike! Once open you can tell at once everything from the container to packaging material and the bike were designed and quality built by a team that really cared about what you were buying. Beautiful paint parts and instructions were all A+ Would purchase another with out a second thought. My first ride went flawless and got so many compliments on how well and how good my bike looked.

M2 and A2 Great Buy

I recently purchased the combo bikes M2pro and A2 from this company, and overall I am happy with my purchase. The bikes arrived in good condition and were well packaged. I was able to put the bike togther in a couple hours. It is easy to ride and use. I might like a softer seat, and the basket I bought seems too big for the bike but I like everything else. Seems like a good value too,

This bike is a BEAST

This bike is a BEAST! Its great, well built and easily gets me where I want to go. It is saving me on mileage AND gas with my gas guzzling truck as I use it to get to work. Long lasting battery. Everything is self-explanitory and easy to use. I HIGHLY recommend this e-Bike!

Recently purchased the m2 pro

Recently purchased the m2 pro, shipping was fast, arrived with 4 days, packaging was well done (prepare to remove many many cable ties) assembling it was easy thanks to their video tutorials. Took about 40 minutes. So far the bike has run without issue, getting about 35-40 miles per charge on PAE 3. Very happy with this purchase and would recommend them to anyone looking for a budget friend bike
