I searched everywhere for the stove hood filter but could not find the right size anywhere. I finally find it at Air Filter Factory and ordered it immediately. My package arrived and I was excited, opened it up and saw that it was an even better filter that came with my hood a couple of years ago. Suddenly, I discovered that the springs were on the wrong side of the filter so it wouldn't work. I called the Air
Filter Factory LLC and spoke with Ken and explained my problem and I couldn't believe my problem was solved within minutes, Ken immediately sent another set of filters with the springs on the ends I requested. Ken was so professional, he listened and let me know that the problem will be fixed ASAP. I now intend to order my heating and air conditioning filters from Air Filter Factory in the future because their customer service is outstanding as well as their products.

Items delivered promptly and undamaged. Product is same size exactly of the one I removed from the stove top vent in the over the range microwave. Sturdy material.

I’m very upset about the return policy. I ordered a filter that I assumed was the right size, but it was the wrong one. Basically I called and basically the air filter company doesn’t make one or doesn’t have one that I need so I asked her to to return the current filter which I did cost me $16 and basically they gave me a seven dollar refund. That’s ridiculous. I would never use the company again. I’d always use Amazon though cause they’re very reliable.

US company! Was happy to find filters that fit. I wish you did have the clips though as I don't know how long mine will last.

Received filters that were the wrong size from what was described on the product page description .. Had a great chat with support ... while it took a while to receive a replacement set, I ultimately got the filters. Good filters and good support, will try ordering again from this company.
