Subject: Exceptional Service Experience I recently ordered a AIR FILTER FACTORY filter for my client's new home, but unfortunately, the carrier damaged the package, resulting in the filter and other items arriving damaged. Regrettably, my clients attempted to return the damaged items without informing me of the situation, which caused a delay of approximately one month. Quick service and the part fit perfectly. Old filter was jammed in by former owner because they did not realize there is only one correct way to install (I assume).
