AGT makes every interaction a positive event. I believe they are PCPers too, it shows in their customer service and interest in making all of their transactions smooth as silk. They seem to anticipate the PCP community’s desires and the wish we all have to customize our own air guns to make them ours. My Slash doesn’t look like everyone else’s. Nor does my Mordax or Huben. AGT produces products that help personalize our rifles, pistols and carbine creations stand out. As well as some of their offerings are just good ideas.

got my di-68 and everything was as advertised took it out for some target practice and everthing went well would be nice to have a maintance video though other than that would highly recomend this product

I loved shooting my air gun but after 1 fill it stopped taking air I would love to have it fixed even if it cost me.

Well, as you know, I had to change my order up you updated on the 19th, but you didn’t hit the button to send it out. I had to call. I had to leave emails so when you finally hit the button to send my shipment out, you left the burst disc out. I got everything else, but the burst disc customer service really sucks at times what you guys Merry Christmas.

You cancel my order to a USA adress because of my billing adress

The cancellation occurred because the billing information provided was from outside the country (Mexico), while the shipping address listed was within the USA in Texas. Unfortunately, the address appears to be a mailbox service rather than a residential or business address. As a policy, we cannot ship to mailbox services in the mainland USA, although we do accommodate such shipping for locations in Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. We understand you mentioned purchasing from other companies with this address and hope you find a retailer that can meet your needs. Thank you for your understanding.
It took longer than I thought to received the product and unless I sent emails inquiring, there were no notifications as to when I could expect the order to be filled. On the product side, I wish there were some paper instructions describing how to assemble the pieces.

I don’t have any complaints on service I’ve submitted reviews a few of them and it’s all good. Wish you guys carried steel barrels for the harpoon but that’s something else. I’ve purchased one harpoon shorty with many ammo packs and one notos rifle. Both are good if not great. May be interested in something else soon. Service and communication is good.( a slip of the hand was at fault, corrected). 5 stars. Update: haven’t been able to score steel barrels so I’ll move on to magnum 22” and 25cc cartridges soon.
