It left a bit of a bad taste having to pay an extra €10 just to be dropped off/picked up right at the terminal and not outside of it. Everything else was okay.

I could not enter the parking house at the airport Leipzig/Halle on sunday, 10th of may.! Then tried to contact you by phone in vain. Your automatic message was: I am contacting you outside regular business hour.. Instead I had to take a regular ticket. Please, contact me by phone!!!

The shuttle service was horrible(driver…
The shuttle service was horrible(driver was good btw). You guys need to get a bigger vehicle so that all people can fit in. There is no waiting line so whoever is strong pushes the people away and gets the priority to get in the shuttle. We had waited 1 hour( okay that is normal) and the people who waited for 10 mins got in the shuttle easily. This is an issue because old people can get injured when getting in. If there is a bigger bus, this will not be an issue. Or you can increase the shuttle frequency.
Damage to car
Thought the service was great everything went to plan, didnt even think about checking the car due to just wanting to get home. Next day noticed damage to the front wheel arch of the car. I looked up on the web about what to do next, I couldn't do anything seeing as I didnt check the car before leaving the car park, my fault. Still doesn't excuse the fact that I trusted them with my car after paying and they damaged it. Wont use again.

The booking site is easy to use. The prices and the service are okay. But the parking spaces are very small. Everything went well. I will use it again.
Easy to find and worth the money
Easy to find, they have a bus that runs often to the airport both ways and our car spent good 14 days there. Very comfortable and worth the price in my opinion:)
