Two sides of the medal
Travel to Airport OK. Travel back from Airport to parking was horrible. 39 people in a small bus. Bagage from passengers droped out of the bus and were damaged.

It is not very comfortable that your customers are concerned by the lunchbreak of your bus driver and the waiting time is then 30 minutes. Probably that fits for someone on holidays but not for a business trip.

Okay, so I would say the way back from Terminal to Airparks company was realy fast. So, we need about 15 min from go out of terminal until to our car in parking house. But the way to the Airport was a little bit tricky. So, I mean we do not know that we handover the car to the staff of the Airparks company. I read only in the mail or App how to come to the Parking place but there was no message that I have to handover the car. But in the end everything was fine and finally I would give 4 stars.

The app does not work for non German phone numbers. My payment went to the other garage and I have a real problem(but I've been selected your garage at Munich airport) . Your personals do not speak English.
