I wanted to return the garments to get a smaller size. However, they offered me a 3USD refund when I had paid £167 and told me to keep them and give the garments to someone else. What a rip off.

I waited several weeks after being charged and after I reviewed an email that my item had been shipped. FINALLY received the item today is IT IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED. They substituted the fabric of their choice for the fabric that I had chosen. I am demanding a full refund and a return address label at their expense. Like most internet fraudsters these days, STAY AWAY. UPDATED 21/Aug/2025: Ian first offered me a refund of $3 on my $34.97 purchase. Then Cathy offered me a refund of $11 on my $34.97 purchase. They refuse to provide me with a return address label for a garment that I cannot wear. My Federal Trade Commission complaint report number is :191739724. When contacting the FTC about Airpears, be prepared to provide as much detail as possible. You'll want to include their website, contact names, and email addresses of the fraudsters that you are dealing with. I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE you to contact the FTC if you too have been taken for a financial scam by Airpears.
