The only reason I did not give you 5 stars is the sizing chart. Most women are shaped like pears. I am not. I have large breasts and small hips. So if I fit my breasts, the bottom is way too big. So, I hope I picked the correct size. I will wait and see when I get the dresses I ordered. They are beautiful. Look forward to receiving them.

I've been debating making a purchase because of negative comments. However, their web page says they accept Paypal. When I got to checkout there are only credit cards NO PAYPAL. This is bait and switch which is fraud. I'm certain Paypal has better pursuit of refunds and this is why. BBB said there are complaints. I sent an email asking and this is what they responded with: Dear customer, Thanks for your support and concern on our store. We are very happy that you are interested in our products.The payment method we accept is credit card. If you don't have these accounts, maybe you can use your family members' or your friends' accounts. Sorry for any inconveniences caused. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. Ian when you advertise you accept Paypal and then you don't accept it that is fraud I will not be buying from a company that is fraudulent and suggests I use someone else's card!!! I didn't purchase anything and I'm not going to. Buyer beware.
Badly made item.
The item i received was far too short in the body and straps, so I sent an email stating this and the response I got was a £5 coupon and was told I could keep the item and to give the item to somebody it would fit. How rude is that. Worst customer service i have ever had. Of course I could keep it, I paid for it!!!, and a lot more than £5 pounds. I would never use the coupon as I will never order from them again.
DON'T BUY FROM AIRPEARS - CHEAP CLOTHING
Do not buy from Airpears. The quality of their clothing is cheap, synthetic material and not cotton/linen and is very poorly made. Colour not as advertised. I have been embroiled in an ongoing barrage of e-mails with someone called Ian, who, despite me requesting a return address label, keeps offering me a paltry "refund" and saying that I can keep their cheap, rubbish dress. I have also requested a complaints department contact, that is also not forthcoming. Their website does not offer any company information. Save yourself a lot of bother and do not buy from them. I give them a minus value in stars.

I ordered 2 items on the 11th of june. confirmation of order and a payment of £41- 70 taken from my account. Still not received. Managed to e-mail customer support. Have just received an e-mail back saying, oops you did not complete your order, go to check out. utter rubbish. To say i am furious is understatement. I had to give star but its none from me. I would be very cautious if you order because i would not recommend them at all.

I bought a Crane Pattern dress and a Floral Cardigan as a birthday present for my wife. When they arrived, we were disappointed to discover that the material was not as described, it was more like cheap polyester. What's more, there were no washing instruction labels or material composition. I spent 70usd and when I asked for a refund, I was offered 5usd, I replied that I wanted a full refund, I was then offered 10usd. This company are thieves and shouldn't be allowed to trade their cheap Chinese sweatshop rubbish. Give them a very wide berth!

The products are described as linen, which is cotton, but everything I've gotten it rayon, which is synthetic. I'm keeping the products, but they are not as described or pictured. That keeps me from ordering more items.
Very disappointed
My order has not been received in almost two months. I notified Airpears. They have sent me two emails with different information. I sent an email to the address they gave me and made phone calls to two different numbers they supplied -- neither worked & hung up. It's looking like I won't be receiving my order & I've wasted over $100, which they put through my credit card on May 25.
