I returned $120 worth of clothing, followed their instructions to a tea, and they still have not refunded me. I returned the items August 21, 2023. They will not respond to my emails.

Love online shopping. Pictures are great and I like the way you simplified the ordering process. I received dresses Saturday and made videos that night with two of them. My views are over 1,000 each. I made more videos last night with two more dresses but haven’t posted yet

Everything is fine, quality of things, price and delivery of the order. I would recommend that you always take picture of where the order was placed. I had her right outside the gate on the ground in the snow 🥹. The place under the roof was only a few steps and the box was wet. Bad product, prolific spammers

Ordered a top and it was the cheapest ugliest thing... It was of such a quality I laughed in shock. On top of that, they endlessly spam me with emails that I cannot unsubscribe from because their system claims I am not subscribed and thr support email gets a failed reply saying the email doesn't exist.

On line scammers

On line scammers! I have never felt so angry. These people are crooks. They take your money and send you inferior shoddy goods only fit for the bin. They advertise cotton & it is just thin synthetic rubbish. You cannot contact them and the shipping cost to returning the products is sky high. Its a scam site.

I love this site, I love that it isn't stock that you would buy on the high street so I know that no one else will be wearing the same as me, I love that there is so much to choose from, I have bought shoes, trousers, coats and tops from here and I have been very pleased with all my purchases, I also like that you can see real customers opinions and pictures before you buy.

Good dresses

Good clothes I’ve mainly brought dresses but they are so comfortable I ordered a few times any problems they take them back for refund but I love the dresses most as true to size had a couple that come up bit small but other then that lovely. Would recommend sometimes shipping takes little while

Terrible returns service, I wont be shopping here again

Ordered 3 things end April. They arrived quickly. 2 were not cotton as advertised, requested return worth £20, offered 12 cash or 15 credit and to keep items. Insited on returning, used their label and dropped to post office early May. Mid july I finally got refunded minis £3 for postage. Terrible customer service and static man made cloth when they said it's cotton.
