Be wary of this company's "easy returns"
Be very wary of this company's boast of "easy returns" When I returned the cheap and nasty coat that was nothing like the description I had read I agreed to pay the £3 return postage but when the refund came £13.27 had been deducted. When I queried this I was told that £10.27 was to cover carriage from their suppliers but as a gesture of goodwill I was offered a voucher to discount from future purchases. Of course having seen the poor quality of this garment I have no wish to purchase from Airydress ever again therefore this experience has cost me £13.27. Beware of this trickery obviously designed to catch you out! Rider 3rd October I am pleased to report that, following further discussion, Airydress have now refunded in full the return postage and I thank them for being reasonable.

Constantly following up on something that shows delivered and no one answers me. quick to call when duty fees are due but not when customer has an issue

Worst experience from purchasing shoes!!
I bought some shoes as gifts for my family members and were very disappointed with their comments. The shoes fell apart during an outing even though it was new. The material shedded. All the shoes had to be tossed. I wish I could upload pics of the shame. Buyers beware!! Airydress responded to me due to my review a few days after my post. The company agreed to refund my money but still refusing to release it into my account. It’s been pending for 2 days now.

I received this order a lot faster than I thought I would. The tops are extremely comfortable and wash up beautifully without shrinkage. Truly a good purchase.

I love the fabrics. The sizing is always great, accurate. I have been buying from Airy for a few years now and will continue to do so. Such a vast choice of designs.
SCAM
Cheap, tacky, disgraceful clothes. Nothing like the pictures on the website. Costs money to return. A SCAM. Won't let me unsubscribe so keep receiving unwanted emails.

Tat - rubbish don't use
Bought a top to try out this online company. What a piece of tat, it looked like it was made in someone's kitchen who couldn't use a sewing machine. certainly no quality control done here. Tried to get a refund but airydress insisted on me paying postage to return it even though the top was not fit for purpose. After numerous emails no joy in getting a refund so chucked the top away (wasn't even fit for use as a dish cloth!) Wouldn't use this company again. If an offer seems to good to be true it probably is.

I love the swimsuits from Airydress! They are so cute and look just as good in person as they do in the pictures. Make sure you order according to the size chart provided for a great fit. Everything I've ordered has been good quality and I enjoy getting cute things at an affordable price.

I would highly recommend Airy dress to anyone, the most important thing is, when you are shopping online it is so important that you find a legitimate Honest Company and Airy dress has been very reliable and has been up front about refunding any items that you may not want to keep, and this is one reason why I continue shopping with airydress . the clothes that I've chosen to keep are very nice and some are different than the picture but I find myself keeping them anyway. I would highly recommend airydress to anyone oh, I have some really pretty blouses and dresses and shoes that I have bought, and I keep ordering things because finding that I really like a lot of what they have to offer, and I bought necklaces and bracelets and they are very pretty! I would definitely have to say that I am a very happy shopper with airydress
