I have purchased many items from Airy
I have purchased many items from Airy, all of which I love. They are well made, and the quality is wonderful. They are reasonably priced and packaged beautifully. I would recommend all of their products to everyone.
The clothes are horrible
The clothes are horrible. They look nothing like the photos on line. I purchased the correct size and the shirts a 2x's to big. 3 of the shirts the sleeves are different sizes, it fits one arm loose and way to tight on the other arm. The peek-a-boo sleeved shirts the opens look like it was torn apart. they are not even nor do any of the openings have seams. NEVER AGAIN

Seem this company can do whatever it wants, I posted an honest review only to have it removed by Trust pilot because Airydress said it breached their conditions! What's the use of having a site like this to put honest information on if they get it removed?!!

Initially I found it difficult to contact them, but they saw my review and were quick to contact me. They were very helpful and were able to resolve my problem quickly. I will be buying from them again, (don’t tell my husband😂😂) as they have been so helpful

My experience with purchases on Airydress
I was making purchases on Airydress site a few times. I love all the tops that I bought and always getting a lot of compliments on them. All my tops are good quality and beautifully designed. Unfortunately, I have not have a good luck with buying dresses: the measurements are not represent real numbers. All of the dresses I bought, were too small. I really liked them, but was not able even to try them on because of their too small size.

I wish I could just give zero stars. I ordered over 70 dollars worth of items back in May. I received them in June. I asked for a total refund because every item was cheap materials. It is now almost October and I still haven't received a refund. Stay clear of this China based company.

If you paid with your PayPal account directly, the refund will be back into the account which you used to pay immediately once processed, while it will take about 30 days to receive the refund if you paid with a credit card through PayPal, depending on the bank processing time.
