I have been using Akool for some time now. I have used it along with many other sites. I have to say that it is the most comprehensive video and image editing app on the market today. The inclusion of voiceover ability is the icing on the cake. Great for presentations and adding that "wow" factor.
Excellent creation suitable videos akool super
What I like most is how easy it is to use the interface and how quickly the results are produced. Lots of options too for different animation types.
Honestly super helpful tool for creating clips and generating images. Very accurate and gives you good results even if your prompt isn’t that great.
It's very accurate with the image generation. Sometimes, however, it may jumble input information a little, making the output very disorganized or disproportionate, but overall, great platform, very useful, definitely recommend it for all round applications.
14 unauthorised charges totalling $1,588 I have never used AKOOL, never created an account with them, and had never even heard of the company before this happened. On 27 August, my credit card was hit with 14 separate AKOOL.COM transactions in a single morning, totalling $1,588. The transactions appear on my statement as AKOOL.COM, Palo Alto, CA. Every single one was unauthorised. I have had to report the transactions as fraud and deal with my card issuer as a result. Whether somebody was able to use stolen card details to purchase large amounts of AKOOL services, or there is some other problem with their payment controls, I find it extremely concerning that 14 transactions could be processed against the same card in such a short period. AKOOL should investigate how this was allowed to happen and identify the account or accounts that received the services/credits purchased with my card.
Hi Alex, We’re very sorry to hear about these unauthorized charges and understand how concerning this situation must be. We take reports of unauthorized transactions very seriously and would like to investigate this matter urgently. We've already sent you a request via Trustpilot asking for your information. Once we receive your details, our customer support team will investigate what happened and review your case as a priority, including identifying the account or accounts associated with the transactions you reported. We’ll also escalate the matter to our billing team for further investigation. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to resolve the issue with you as quickly as possible. Best, Akool Team
Overall, Akool has been a good addition to my toolkit. It’s practical, fairly easy to use, and delivers decent results. I think beginners and intermediate users will benefit the most. With a bit more polish, it could be even better.
Great product and easy to use. The interface is easy to naviagte and lots of wayas to use the AI
It actually gets the video right on point faster than other tools i guess. It has been an amazing experience.
Website has a ton of AI tools that actually are all useful. They are very useful and before using most of them you need to upgrade and purchase to unlock them. That would be my only gripe is the higher end pricing. A big change for the better in the last two years, night and day...
I love to use Akool, lots of tools just in one place, only thing i thik its litter bit expensive!
Just a solid service that does its job. For now, I’m continuing to use it. My experience has been really great.
the images we create is not as we tell them and face swap is not realsitic while we aregiving them proper promt, but they work and generate out of context, . i advised akool management make it useful and shold be test before professional launching . and thats why they dont give peoples to test before buy and direct pay monthly subscription to get money
Hi Ali, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the image generation and face swap results did not meet your expectations, especially when the results did not match your prompts or look realistic. We take this kind of feedback seriously and are continuously working to improve the quality and reliability of our AI models and tools. We've already sent you a request via Trustpilot asking for your account information. Once we receive your details, our customer support team will investigate what happened and review your case as a priority. We’d like to better understand the specific issues you encountered and see how we can help resolve them. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. Best, Akool Team
