I returned the item I ordered
I returned the item I ordered. It was well made, but too heavy for the climate in which I live; the sleeves were too long; and it came with one of those zippers that you can raise from the bottom and lower from the top at the same time. I find this awkward and useless. I have not heard from the company regarding my return, which I believe will be for a store credit only because the item was on sale. I didn't not see this when I purchased the item, but it was clearly spelled out in the delivery package. The item was superbly packed in clearly expensive packing.

I love this store so much it is…
I love this store so much it is unbelievable, but I can hardly afford to shop there. However, even though I am what they would probably consider a miserly shopper I still get treated like they appreciate me and appreciate my business. My small orders arrive wrapped and packaged so beautifully and perfectly and it really makes me feel so special. Maybe someday I’ll be able to afford to buy a little bit more.

Customer service, attentiveness, patience of the staff was exceptional. Unlike another competitor in the same luxury fashion category in GR, the staff were pleasant, down to earth (not haughty) and, regardless of what you wore, you were treated with courtesy, respect and attention. Appreciated the little things like the drinks - you felt special. Reminded me of my shopping days when I lived in LA. Thank you!
