Easy ordering process, checkout, tracking, etc. Shipping was super fast. The only thing I didn't love (at no fault of AK Rikk's) are the sandals I bought. (More of a designer issue and it's probably why they were on sale). Otherwise, an overall good experience and great sale prices.
Chase helped pull together various options for my son's upcoming wedding, including a nice mix of summer shirts and sports coats. He has a great eye for detail and was fantastic to work with. Thanks, Chase!!! The facility is also very impressive and well-stocked. Champagne while you shop - of course. Traveling to Nordstroms or NM in Chicago or Troy is unnecessary. Skip the drive - go local - try AKRIKKS!
AK Rikks is an incredible store with tremendous service! They really can make you feel like a million bucks here - from the service you get from the personal shoppers to the extraordinary brands they carry. This store has an incredible selection of brands - some that are probably hard to find in Chicago and even New York. Grand Rapids is lucky to have such a unique store.
