Your store is way beyond my price range. Occasionally I see some very enticing sales. That is what happened this time. I ordered something on sale that wasn’t too awful expensive, but I was still treated like a regular customer and it was very thoughtful and it felt very kind.

A.K. Rikk’s always has a great selection of very unique, luxurious accessories / clothing with great pricing and the fastest shipping I’ve ever experienced. My only regret is that I haven’t been able to physically visit their store yet (I’m sure it is just as awesome as their website!). Online checkout is always simple and fast - I’ve only had to email with them once, and the people I emailed with were super nice and helpful! Since their products are so unique, if you see something you like, I would try and purchase it as soon as possible because that item could have a limited inventory and could sell out. I rate this store 5 out of 5 stars and would recommend it to everyone I know!

I really wanted to give this company 5 stars, but I ran into an issue. I ordered a pair of shoes that were advertised at 50% off. Nowhere in the product description or during checkout did it say the item was final sale. When the shoes arrived, they didn’t fit properly, so I emailed customer service asking for a return label (since none was included). Their response: no returns, final sale. I replied explaining that I never would have purchased them if I had known they were non-returnable. They then sent me a paragraph from their website stating that items at 50% off are final sale — but again, this was not listed on the product page or order confirmation. If they had clearly stated “final sale” up front, this whole situation could have been avoided. Transparency matters.
