Good product
Good product, good price. It would be 5 stars but the original tracking provided said it would be delivered in 2 days. It turned out being delivered 6 or 7 days later.

They advertise products they don’t…
They advertise products they don’t have. They sell your the product they don’t have and then hold onto your money you paid for the product for a period of time before refunding it because they cannot deliver the product.

We bought an electronic gift card for our son, but he didn’t receive it in his email. We were charged for the card, though. Not sure what to do next.

Thank you for your feedback and for shopping with us! We want to gently note that we never received any communication from you prior to this review, and based on our records, everything went through without a hitch. After speaking with you, we confirmed that the gift card sent to the recipient's email with no issues, which makes this star rating a little puzzling for us. We truly appreciate that you've been responsive to our follow-up emails and hope you'll consider updating or removing your review, as we'd love for it to reflect the experience you actually had. Our team is always here if you ever need anything — don't hesitate to reach out at [email protected] or 1(800)870-0011.
