Just received my boots from Alessandro Vasini. They got my attention because a friend of mine got one pair from this brand and she was so happy with the quality. She was right. Sooo good! Beautiful! Ordered the Alison in tobacco suede and they are really cool boots to wear for any occasion. I find them very comfortable as well. My friend had to wait a couple of weeks but my order arrived really quick and the size was perfect.
Ordered the boots, they arrived, lovely boots and good quality - but they didnt fit. Took weeks to get anyone to respond with return details. Finally I received a return label. Not a word from the company. 6 weeks have passed. I have activated a dispute with my cc company. They seem like a bogus set up to me
Just received my purchase, the Janis boots in patent leather. Quality exceeds my expectations, it seems really well made. I think these boots will be my new favorite, with a perfect height at 3 inch heel and a very nice shape. Love the clean look of the design and is very elegant. The leather is very nice and soft. Fit true to size compared to other European brands. I have the same size with other Italian shoes. Very nice discovery… Happy new customer!
Have contacted via email and Instagram via DM numerous times and no response. Ordered on 8th and they never shipped. I asked to cancel my order because it never arrived before Christmas as promised on their site and no response. Had to leave comments on their recent posts and they proceeded to delete. After leaving a comment a couple more times they then responded on the thread asking to “DM” and still nothing. They are the worst. I am currently filing a dispute to get this resolved because of their lack of attention and customer service. They’re horrible and will never order from them again.
We apologize for this bad experience. Our boots always require longer than usual processing time and recently some unexpected delays occurred. It is not always the case so hope we will have another opportunity to deliver one of our popular boots.

JONAS LEATHER JACKET My favorite leather jacket! Already got a few boots from this brand from previous purchases and now I just received my first leather jackets from AV. Purchased the Jonas aviator leather jacket which i literally love. The jacket is thick and padded, perfect for cold weather, But the leather is very soft and makes it very comfortable to wear at the same time. It is a slim fit which for me was perfect, as that’s the way I like to wear leather jackets, but if you need to put thick sweaters or if you like a more relaxed fit, you might want to consider sizing up. Very pleased with the quality and especially love the way it fits.
Horrible company. Took over 6 weeks to get the boots. I told them to cancel at the month mark. When I finally got them I promptly returned them. Been over a month and still have not received my refund. The process started in October and it’s the end of December.

This was a terrible experience with this company. Communication is terrible, the shipping time is awful, and when there is an issue no one responds to you, when they do its a challenge to accomplish a task. It's unfortunate, I think they are an EU-based company trying to sell in the US market without a lot of infrastructure. I would hold off on any purchase from them until they get their act together.
