Merchandise gorgeous service sucks!!! I ordered 4 pairs of boots this year. It took about 6-8 weeks to receive each of the first 3 pair. There was no contact with customer support during this time and I had no idea if I was going to receive the merchandise. In addition, I made a return a couple months back and despite multiple communications my account still has not been credited. FInally, I ordered a pair of boots for my husband about a month ago for Xmas and still have not received them or any indication that they will arrive on time.
I received the boots promptly, and I'm impressed with their quality. The craftsmanship is excellent, providing both comfort and durability. The sizing was accurate, and they exceeded my expectations. Overall, a reliable and timely purchase.
I ordered boots several months ago . Email after email trying to cancel my boots because they didn’t arrive. Finally someone sent me a cancellation for a refund but never refunded my account. 2 weeks later the boots came used. I’m still waiting for a return label. Buyer beware!!!
Awesome. I got impress how fast I got my boots. Also the customer service help Me to find the right size… is a premium quality Italian product for sure. I want more! And the one I got it have a litter hill make me taller but still masculine. 100% recommended
I placed my order, money was drawn from my account and got no confirmation of my order. Sent numerous emails and messages on instagram and never got a proper response until a month later when someone said they will ship my boots asap. After over a month I received my boots which I really liked but customer service was awful.
Alessandro Vasini are selling boots which require a permit from the buyer and is not advised anywhere on their site. So I was alarmed when the boots were seized by customs. Referring this to Alessandro Vasini I was fobbed off by advise that I just had to declare the boots were for personal use and not for resale. I followed their incorrect advise and as a result have lost £750 and no boots. I informed them of their mistake and been treated with utter contempt. I wish I had read the one star reviews on Trustpilot before engaging will this dishonest brand.
Looove my new boots!!! I always have such a hard time buying lower heels boots but when I looked at Alessandro Vasini’s Website I knew I was at the right place. My new pair of boots are stunning and they have become part of my everyday “uniform” ❤️❤️❤️
Delivery was delayed two months. Zero proactive communications from the vendor. Completely missed the window for giving the gift it was supposed to be. Never processed the credit they were supposed to provide for the delay.
I bought of pair of boots to wear on Thanksgiving Day and they actually arrived a day before! Im in LOVE with them, there was literally people asking me about it when I was at the mall last night for dinner. Getting my second pair for Xmas and New Years!
Very worrying experience. Looks like a fraud. Order num 7042 placed 27 Aug 2023. After 4 weeks and many unattended mails I requested refund of order. I have not yet received refund whilst they acknowledge they cannot serve the product and announced they were cancelling order over 3 weeks ago but I have not got my money back. No answer at all to my mails in the last weeks. 100% UNRELIABLE. Suspicion of fraud.
